The Role
Join Veeva as a Team Manager, Cloud Managed Services (Vault) and lead a high-performing team that ensures our Life Sciences customers achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes with their Veeva Vault applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the operational excellence of global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations using best-in-class cloud technology.
You will oversee a growing team of consultants responsible for supporting customers’ Production Vaults, driving continuous enhancement, and maintaining system reliability. This is a strategic leadership role that combines operational oversight, customer engagement, and service expansion across selected accounts.
This position is based in Hungary, with the possibility to work from home or from our modern office in Budapest once per month, with occasional on-site meetings in the EMEA region.
What You'll DoManage and grow a team of Consultants focusing on Managed Services work on the Veeva platform (Vault); for both small and large global accounts (Pharmaceutical and Biotech).Lead your team including resource planning, follow up with their utilization, and ensure their professional growth leading to Employee Success.Own the hiring process for consultants in Poland and Hungary, ensuring a pipeline of high-caliber talent.Coordinate communication between implementation teams and Managed Services to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operational delivery.Serve as a point of leadership contact for selected Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers of all sizes, acting as an escalation point.Work with new and existing customers to expand contract offerings and strengthen long-term service value.Requirements2+ years of experience in a Leadership role5+ years of experience working in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management or an adjacent business roleProven hiring professional with demonstrated success attracting and selecting strong technical talent.Skilled escalation manager able to navigate complex customer situations and drive outcomes aligned with customer success.Adaptable contributor who performs effectively both independently and within cross-functional, fast-paced environments.Analytical problem-solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.Legal authorization to work in Poland or Hungary.Ability to work from the Budapest office once per month and to travel periodically for cus#LI-Remote
