Level up your career with Veeva RTSM! Join our scaling team as a Technical Operations Engineer and power our world-class IRT/RTSM system. This fast-paced role covers everything from SRE and DevOps to Systems Admin and Release Management. What You’ll DoDrive the execution and delivery within the team with a focus on quality.Work on key architecture initiatives including migrating RTSM Windows infrastructure to AWS.Iteratively define and refine operational processes and best practices as the team grows.Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions.Identify and manage technical risks preventing them from becoming issues.Production study deploymentsRequirementsFour-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience in related fieldWillingness to learn!Experience with AWSWindows Server, Microsoft stack experienceDemonstrated proficiency with scripting languages (Powershell, VBScript, etc)Strong communication skillsIIS and Webserver Knowledge#LI-Remote
