The Role
Solution Consultant at Veeva will drive sales for our cloud-based Quality product into major life science organizations. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for educating the customer during the sales cycle, including creating and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers. Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it focuses on growing market share in Korea.
What You’ll DoManaging pre-sales/technical selling activities in the whole selling cycleIdentify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organizationDevelopment of demo scenarios, management of demo environments, and understand to showcase new features in line with regular updatesSupport marketing initiatives and represent the company at key eventsRequirements5+ years of experience in Quality Management with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.Out of 5+ years of experience above, minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory workflowsUnderstanding of system integrations (ERP-QMS, MES-QMS)Working proficiency in EnglishVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
