The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Partner to grow Veeva Basics, a suite of highly scalable, out-of-the-box R&D applications that significantly speed up the time to market for emerging biotechs by saving them time, money and valuable resources. This product will have a major impact on the industry, and is the only platform on the market that can do this.
The Veeva Basics Account Partner will be responsible for meeting annual sales goals and helping the team achieve the long-range growth targets. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, winning new business, and managing C-level relationships with emerging biotechs.
What You'll DoEvangelize the “why” and value with a focus on our vision of becoming recognized as the industry standard for emerging biotechsUnderstand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateCreate, run and execute regional communities of practice at an executive levelUnderstand Veeva Basics products and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategyKeep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challengesAct with urgency, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer successMeet/Exceed pipeline generation and new customer targetsRequirements5+ years of work experience.Including 3+ years in R&D domains, SaaS selling into Life SciencesExperience selling complementary or competitive solutions into R&DHave entrepreneurial instincts and mindset. Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervisionPassion and demonstrated results in a sales role to C-Level executives.Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives.Have a bias for actionFluent English and German#LI-Remote
