The Role
Our team is seeking highly motivated Consent Representatives to promote our consent product to healthcare professionals across the assigned territories in Taiwan (North x4, Central x2, South x2). The representatives will be responsible for building a strong business plan to ensure we deliver on our project plans to collect consent from HCP. In this role, you will be able to deliver a compelling selling message to ensure success and have a competitive mindset. A successful candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the Taiwan healthcare landscape.
What You'll DoEducate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentationsAchieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic planMaintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyaltyAnalyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territoryDevelop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policyEnsure all activities are compliant with the Korea Fair Competition Code and company policiesMaintain accurate and timely records of all consent activities, customer interactions, and expense reportsIdentify and address the roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process with a solutions-focused approachDevelop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success-rate of HCP consent collectionRequirements2+ years of experience as a pharma or medical sales representative in the pharmaceutical industryStrong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel for regional areas and team meetingsProactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment#LI-Remote
