The Role
You will support the implementation of Veeva Link best practice templates with our customers to meet their needs and conduct tailor-made training sessions based on the customer and the team. You will be focused on pre-empting and supporting the specific needs of the customer, supporting any technical questions, task management, and reporting on status. You will work closely with the Lead Technical Consultant and the Link Consultant Services team in a fast-paced and expanding team. Customer success and make customer to love LKP.
What You'll DoSupport the process of implementation, catering to both large pharmaceutical and small biotech companiesDevelop and nurture relationships with stakeholders to support medical and commercial teamsWork with the Lead Technical Consultant responsible for connecting Link Data into Veeva/Vault CRM for your assigned accountsDrive a change management processes, train end users, and maximize engagement with customers and the usage of Link dataReport back project progression and healthSupport technical / configuration questions RequirementsAt least 3year experience in MNC or Japan Pharma Company Medical exprienceTalent and desire for customer-facing activitiesProficient both Japanese and EnglishExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAmbition for high-quality and self-motivated workMindset of continuous improvementProject management capabilitiesVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
