Position Summary
You will support the vaccines marketing team in Mexico by coordinating marketing activities, managing projects, and delivering timely insights. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues, external suppliers, and commercial teams to ensure plans are executed with high quality. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Coordinate development, review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage timelines, purchase orders and budgets for marketing activities and supplier contracts.
- Support digital and multichannel campaign execution, including content tagging, tracking and coordination with external vendors.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and manage content requests with internal teams and agencies.
- Prepare regular sales and market performance reports and translate data into clear insights for brand teams.
- Support planning and logistics for field events, training sessions and cross-functional meetings.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or commercial operations in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong project coordination skills with experience managing budgets, purchase orders and vendor relationships.
- It is mandatory to have soft and hard skills such as proactivity, networking with internal areas, Self-manageable, accountable for tracking and completing tasks and excel skills.
- Good written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City or a hybrid model as agreed with the hiring manager.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with CRM, event management or content management systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional commercial, medical or regulatory teams.
- Proven ability to manage third-party agencies and creative suppliers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Working on portfolios related to immunocompromised patients or vaccines.
