At our CAR-T manufacturing sites Obelisc and Tech Lane in Ghent, we are looking for experienced Supervisors who get energy from coaching people, leading teams and helping others grow into their best selves.

We are hiring Supervisors in CAR-T Production, Quality Control (QC) and Maintenance. Three different domains, one shared purpose: helping life-saving therapies reach patients safely, reliably and on time.
This is a leadership role where your way of working shapes people, teams, and outcomes.

As a supervisor, you lead where it truly matters: on the floor, with your team. 

Your focus is clear:

• Coaching and people management:
  You lead a team of operators, analysts or technicians. You coach, support and challenge people to grow, take ownership and perform with confidence.
• Creating structure and clarity:
  You bring calm and focus to a complex environment. You set priorities, align expectations and create a safe space where people can excel.
• Quality and responsibility:
  You safeguard GMP, safety and compliance through daily leadership, not paperwork alone. You lead by example and build a strong quality mindset in your team.
• Keeping the operation moving:
  You oversee daily activities, anticipate issues and act when it matters. You work closely with other teams to solve problems and keep processes running. 

Through your leadership, teams grow, processes stay on track and patients receive the therapies they are waiting for. 

Who are we looking for?

Education

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as science, bioengineering or pharmacy (for Production or QC), or engineering or technical discipline (for Maintenance), or equivalent experience. 

Experience

• You have experience in either Production, Quality Control or Maintenance within a GMP or ATMP environment in pharma or biotech.
• You either bring leadership experience or the clear ambition to grow into a people management role. 

Languages

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
