The Role
The Solution Architect serves as the “last mile” technical consultant for Veeva’s SaaS product implementations in the AI era. This role bridges product and customer, responsible for integrating Veeva’s Life Science cloud SaaS solutions with AI capabilities, completing customized development, system integration, and delivery at customer sites.
We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in native enterprise AI projects developed for leading collaborative offices or hyperscale cloud platforms. Proven expertise in deploying large-scale AI solutions within complex business ecosystems is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
Lead AI-enabled SaaS implementation and deployment at customer sites
Conduct business analysis to identify core business challenges, pain points, and strategic goals
Perform product configuration, customization, and AI feature integration based on customer requirements
Design and implement agent integrations with customer’s existing agent
Develop AI-driven automation workflows using LLM, RAG, and AI Agent technologies
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of software development or technical implementation experience
Proven experience in native enterprise AI project development at industry-leading technology firms
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
Experience with LLM application development, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agent
Familiar with API integration, RESTful APIs, and system integration patterns
Strong communication skills and ability to work at customer sites
