The Role
Veeva Asia is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience of Quality Management Systems and a knowledge of Quality business processes within regulated industries such as Consumer Products, F&B, Cosmetics or Chemicals.
As a Senior Consultant, you will utilise your industry knowledge and expertise to lead our project teams through successful implementations of our Vault Quality solution. You will be contributing firsthand towards transforming the way our customers collect, maintain, and distribute business critical processes and documentation. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and to work with other Veeva team members to innovate and refine our internal processes, collaborate with our Product Development team, and enhance our delivery model to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their industries.
What You’ll DoLead implementation projects for QualityOne customers, focused on Vault Quality applicationsConduct workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, design, configure and validate Vault solutionsBe responsible for project management activities such as timeline and resource planning, leading cross-functional teams, and budget tracking & forecastingManage communication between the project team, customer, partners and internal stakeholdersLead or contribute training sessions for customer teams once the solution is validated (typically train-the-trainer model)Work closely with customers’ business and IT stakeholders to design a solution that adheres to industry best practices and aligns to customer needsMentor project team members and junior consultants across the global Professional Services organizationOccasionally, contributes to customer presentations and statement of works to support our Services sales activitiesEnsure customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagementContinue to expand and develop industry knowledge to enhance our delivery model to meet the changing business needs of Veeva and our customersProvide insight and recommendations to improve our technology and work closely with our Product team to ensure the best solutions for our customersRequirements5+ years in Professional IT Services consulting experience including leading projectsExperience working with Quality processes in a regulated industryExperience in configuration / architecture of Enterprise Software (TrackWise, MasterControl, Monday.com, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.) Driven and proactive professional with the capability to define and influence their own position, our solutions, and implementation strategies in a rapidly expanding settingStrong project management and delivery skillsExcellent Level English skills – both verbal and writtenFlexibility to travel across the Asia regionBased in Sydney or Melbourne and have the legal right to work#LI-Remote
