The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Early-Stage Prototyping & Requirement Analysis:

- Translate ambiguous innovation ideas into tangible low/high-fidelity prototypes for early AI products (e.g., Vertical Agents, AIGC tools).
- Capture and translate complex medical logic into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and functional specifications.

• Strategic Storytelling & High-Impact Design:

- Design and draft professional presentations (PPT/Keynote) for Solution Design, Brand Value Promotion, and POC Center Construction.
- Visualize the roadmap and strategic vision of AI medical products to align with business goals.

• AI Education & Training:

- Internal Literacy: Develop and deliver AI literacy training programs and workshops for internal teams to foster an "AI-native" culture.
- External Evangelism: Conduct AI science popularization and technical briefings for external medical partners and HCPs to demonstrate the value of the Lab's digital solutions.
- Simplify complex AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Agents) into digestible content for non-technical audiences.

• Internal Media & Content Curation:

- Manage internal self-media channels, including the creation of industry briefs and innovation newsletters to keep the organization updated on emerging AI trends.

• AI Tool Integration & Execution:

- Oversee the application of GenAI in medical content creation, ensuring clinical value and compliance.
- Continuously explore newest technical frameworks to match the needs of innovative products.    
 

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

●    Bachelor’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. MBA or Master’s preferred.
●    > 3-5 years’ experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful digital or AI products.
●    Experience in Digital Health, MedTech, or AI Product Management is highly preferred.
●    Senior AIGC “player” is highly preferred.

Job Required Competencies

●    Product & Design Proficiency: Strong ability in requirement analysis and prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, or XMind.
●    Visual Narrative & PPT Mastery: Exceptional skills in crafting strategic presentations that balance logic and aesthetics.
●    Training & Facilitation : Excellent public speaking and communication skills; ability to design curriculum and lead interactive training sessions.
●    AI Savvy: Deep understanding of AI capabilities/limitations and hands-on experience with modern AI productivity tools.
●    Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and define long-term product strategies.
