The Position

Roche Belgium & Luxembourg  is seeking an individual to join the Customer Engagement Chapter as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for South East region of Belgium, to drive value for patients, the ecosystem and Roche. In this role, you'll generate actionable customer insights and position Roche’s products to deliver better patient outcomes.

We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced, strategic and patient-centric professional to join our team as a Patient Journey Partner in Neuroscience (Multiple Sclerosis). This is a senior-level, field-based role where you will actively engage with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to generate insights and position Roche’s products to drive value for patients, healthcare professionals and Roche.

Your impact

As a PJP in Neuroscience for the South East of Belgium, you will be the catalyst for change in the neuroscience patient journey, bridging the gap between Roche’s innovative treatments and the evolving needs of patients and healthcare professionals. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Gather and share stakeholder insights and advocate the appropriate use of Roche’s products

• Influence strategy and tactical omnichannel engagement plans based on customer insights

• Ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct and local regulations

• Fluent in French and proficient in English

• Connections and knowledge of the market in South Belgium

• Display integrity in everything they do
