The Marketing Manager will help design, develop, and implement commercial plans and programs needed to support the National and Regional on-market execution of VENCLEXTA. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and the Brand Team to lead without authority and work collaboratively with the integrated commercial team and cross-functional brand teams. Externally, they will work with co-promotion partners, agencies and consultants to successfully advance business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan for Patient/Consumer marketing activities.

• Work collaboratively with co-promotion partners to develop innovative patient marketing initiatives that are aligned with market research and key patient insights.

• Work closely with HCP Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective pull-through of patient marketing tactics.

• Manage key aspects of projects involving internal/external partners, consultants, and agencies.

• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.

• Work collaboratively with Brand Technology Solutions partners, Digital Labs & Analytics partners to assess performance monitoring, reporting and optimization

• Continuously monitors tactic performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive optimization
