ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Digital is seeking a Manager – Senior Cloud Engineer to join Global Cloud Services in Chennai, India. This role combines hands-on senior engineering with direct technical leadership of a small team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure

- Manage and mentor cloud engineers

- Drive adoption of IaC and automation-first practices

- Partner with application, security, and platform teams

- Support operational excellence and escalation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience

- 7 to 10 years of Cloud Engineering experience

- 2+ years in technical leadership or people management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading offshore teams

- Regulated enterprise cloud experience

- Advanced cloud certifications
