The Position

主要职责：

推动准入

•做为药剂科主任、临床主任、主管院长、信息科、医保办等准入相关方主要接触点负责人，与客户充分沟通，制定客户拜访计划，建立合作。

•推动区域生态圈医院的药事会、临采流程，提供关键医院药学部解决方案。

•确保区域生态圈医院的已准入状态的维护，将医院总控影响降到最低。

战略合作

•协同公司跨部门，与医院达成战略合作关系，提升医院管理水平。

•了解和挖掘所区域生态圈医院业务和学术发展需求，提供相应的学术支持。

团队协作

•和多渠道准入团队协作共同处理生态圈内医院的自费药房准入相关工作。

•和多渠道准入团队协作共同布局生态圈内药房及其他多渠道准入相关工作。

•主动地与团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合信息，提升团队客户/患者洞见。

能力与经验：

•跨领域知识学习能力

•业务敏锐度

•较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

•大客户管理能力 

•正确的思维和行为(使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)

•5年以上医药行业工作经验

•既往有大客户管理/市场准入经验

•跨职能工作经验为佳

•医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
