The Position

We are the International Business team, and we are responsible for the worldwide strategic portfolio and lifecycle management of our Near Patient Care products. 

We are an International Business Team, responsible for the worldwide strategic portfolio and lifecycle management of some of our Near Patient Care products. Moreover, we support our local affiliates across the globe in the marketing and commercialization of our products.

This internship position is for a duration of 12 months, located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, onsite.

The Opportunity:

• Assist the International Product Managers (IPMs) with various topics across the product lifecycle stages: from product development, launch preparation, launch execution, on-market commercial support, to obsolescence.

• Help identify new market opportunities and conduct competitive benchmarking using market, customer, and competitive data, as well as medical study screening.

• Support the development of global marketing strategies, materials, and workshops that drive commercial success.

• With the IPMs' guidance, facilitate interactions with stakeholders and create deliverables for countries, regions, and global stakeholders, including the Leadership Team, Research & Development, Market Access, Operations, Finance, Communications, and Regulatory.

• Support the International Business Team by working on strategic projects and facilitating meetings.

Who You Are

• You should be enrolled in a Master’s program or be a recent graduate (within 12 months of the start date - after June 2025/August 2025/September 2025), preferably in the field of Business, Engineering, Medical or Natural Science. 

• You are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

• You are strongly interested in driving the commercialization of healthcare products, and you are passionate about the healthcare industry.

• You enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced, international environment.

• You have some experience in the field of (international) product management, marketing, project management or consulting.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• A passion for agile ways of working and an interest in AI tools are highly welcomed and will be considered a great asset in our selection process.
