The Position

Position: Support for the Finance Team
Type of contract: Contract of mandate for one year (Umowa zlecenie na 12 miesięcy)
Workplace: Roche Diagnostics Poland (Warsaw Office)
Working hours: Approximately 35-40 hours a week
 

Main responsibilities:

• Ongoing support for the team in the administration of the fixed assets databases

• Support in the company's asset inventory process

• Working in systems: SAP, MS Office, updating databases and systems within the area of responsibility

 
Who you are:

• Ongoing studies/recent university graduates with a related area of study (e.g. economics) is desirable but not essential

• MS Office and office equipment - very good knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word

• Experience in SAP, would be an advantage

• Knowledge of taxes and tax law related to fixed assets would be welcomed

• Fluency in Polish, English at a communicative level (B2)

• Accuracy, patience, independence, analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team
